Your ride will take about 20 min and your stop is 'Ravnice' tram stop (it's the second stop after the football stadium, you'll see a kiosk and a field on the right side). The hostel is a 3 minutes walk (200m), simply take the road on the right hand side (Ravnice street) and then it's the second street on the left (You'll see a hostel sign on the balcony).
